The customer service was great and the unit and overall facility looked neat and clean.
Can't complain, everything was exactly as expected.
It was easy booking through sparefoot, and the manager communicated well to me to help organize my move in. They also have a truck you can borrow to help you move in.
To whom it may concern, Although I did not get the original unit I chose, it was not the fault of sparefoot. I did get a comparable unit for a few dollars more the following day.
I have had a great experience with Central Self Storage. Customer service is great and very helpful! Unit was clean and very big for the price. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking.
No one was there, office closed early, so I used the kiosk and it worked perfectly. I did need help getting a new code to get in the gate and when I called the number on door, they helped me out right away. No complaints!!
Price - 3/5 (Fair price)
The facility itself was nice enough, however I booked it online thru a listing, the Prop Manager never heard of (selfstorage.com). Over the phone I was told by her that I could come down and sign paperwork approx 12 days before move in so my employees could simply move straight in at a later date. So I made a special trip (100M round trip) to do just that, and when i arrive the PM told me I could not do that and I had to pay for rent effective immediately (add'l $80 of non-contemplated costs) or risk losing the space. This was contrary to what I was originally told over the phone. The PM was short and rather unpleasant to deal with during my first experience as a new customer.
This was a great help to me in a rushed time getting an easy truck to put things into storage in one morning and be able to pack and leave for a trip a few days later. Thank you!
I was all signed up - and without a bit of drama - within a few minutes. This is a very efficient operation with nice people. They could use a bit more client parking out in front but other than that - it was an excellent experience from start to finish.

Great Custmer service. It was the new Managers first day, however she was a very nice and an extremely helpful person. Great choice of a manager... I highly recommend this facility..
